Four areas, one accountability.
We combine research experience with project delivery practice and direct work with activation programme participants. Pick the area that interests you.
We deliver social, education and market research for labour offices, local governments, universities, research institutes and NGOs. Our experience comes from over twenty years of practice — from the first studies for district labour offices to current projects for the University of Warsaw and the Educational Research Institute (IBE).
We use quantitative methods (CATI, CAWI, PAPI, online surveys) and qualitative methods (IDI, FGI, ethnography, eye-tracking). We design samples to fit the client’s goals — from 100 to several thousand respondents.
- Local diagnoses — of labour markets, social exclusion, training needs
- Project evaluations — ex-ante, on-going, ex-post; quantitative and qualitative; mid-term and final
- Monitoring of in-demand and surplus professions — semi-annual and annual reports for PUP
- Employer surveys — labour demand, training needs, required qualifications
- Education research — including specialised methods (eye-tracking, instrument validation)
- Reporting and result presentation — in formats required by the contracting authority
Selected clients: Polish Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy, Educational Research Institute (IBE), Central Examination Board (CKE), University of Warsaw, Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Polish Academy of Sciences, dozens of district and regional labour offices across Poland.
We take on the EU project burden from start to finish. The client retains control over goals and indicators — we make sure the project is planned sensibly, delivered on time and closed out safely.
Programmes we work with: ESF+, FERS, European Funds for Małopolska, regional programmes, NGO competitions, Justice Fund, Ministry of Labour programmes. Previously: PO WER, PO KL, ZPORR — experience spanning several funding perspectives.
- Stage 1 — diagnosis and concept — local needs analysis, programme selection, goal-setting
- Stage 2 — grant application — writing the application for a specific call, budget, indicators, schedule
- Stage 3 — implementation — task coordination, participant recruitment, indicator monitoring, interim reports
- Stage 4 — settlement — payment requests, progress reports, audit documentation, project closure
- Audit and control support — representing the client during managing institution visits
- Procurement within the project — market reconnaissance, tender notices (up to PLN 80k, BK competitive principle, NGO competition), contracts with delivery partners
We deliver EU projects for local government units in Gorlice, Maków Podhalański, Czchów, Gródek nad Dunajcem, Żegocina, Gnojnik, Kocmyrzów-Luborzyca, Mszana Dolna, Łapanów, among others.
We specialise in activation programmes for people distant from the labour market — the long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, women returning after parental leave, individuals at risk of social exclusion. We use individual participant pathway methodology.
Our role is to guide the participant from initial diagnosis, through skill acquisition, to stable employment or self-employment. Each person has their own plan — there is no “standard pathway” for everyone.
- Individual needs and potential diagnosis — competency balance, predispositions, constraints
- Individual job placement — active job search, employer contact, matching openings to the participant
- Vocational counselling — individual and group sessions; help with career choices, CV, cover letters, interview preparation
- Psychosocial counselling — support in overcoming personal barriers, motivation, stress management
- Vocational training courses — tailored to specific paths: beautician, hairdresser, childcare worker, HR and payroll, ECDL-certified shop assistant, accounting, catering, and more
- Self-help groups and social activity workshops — strengthening participant ties and motivation
Currently delivering: Social Services Centre Tryńcza, “Active Again” project for the Sucha Beskidzka Social Welfare Centre, “Full Speed Ahead III” project for the BAZA Social Cooperative, support for social enterprises (Gospoda Jaskółeczka, Golden, Porządek Musi Być).
We work with local governments, social welfare centres, social services centres, labour offices, NGOs and social enterprises. We understand the specifics of public institutions: procedures, budget calendar, documentation requirements.
Cooperation often starts with one smaller assignment — a study, an analysis, a written deliverable — and grows into larger projects. We have regular clients who have been returning for more than 10 years.
- Partnership in EU projects — as lead or partner; operational, research and reporting support
- Strategic analyses and programme documents — development strategies, operational programmes, action plans
- Expert opinions and recommendations — for administrative and project decisions
- Support for social economy entities — training, advisory, fundraising
- NGO competitions and Justice Fund — application preparation, project delivery
- Full compliance with contracting authority requirements — we know the BK competitive principle, audit procedures, control mechanisms
Long-term institutional clients: municipalities in Małopolska and Podkarpacie, regional government offices, social welfare centres, social services centres, social cooperatives.
Four steps, one accountability
Regardless of the size of the assignment — from a single study to a multi-year project — we work in the same proven sequence.
Conversation and diagnosis
We understand the context, goals and constraints. We propose an approach matched to your needs — not a “universal package”.
Concept and pricing
We jointly agree on scope, schedule, budget and success indicators. Everything in writing.
Delivery
We work in stages, with regular progress reporting. No surprises along the way.
Closure and settlement
Final report, documentation, acceptance protocol. Payment requests and progress reports — if applicable.
